This session will provide an update on legislation passed at the state level this year and what they mean for utilities. The class will also feature a discussion of the current regulatory landscape regarding PFAS and how one utility in Maine chose to get out in front of the issue. This session aims to be interactive and allow staff from utilities of varying sizes to ask questions on the practical impact to their system.
