99003 VSWS Water Operator Certification Prep Course - TRAINING ON DEMAND

Designed for operators of Very Small Water Systems with minimal or no treatment experience. The 6-hour course introduces the principals and practices of collecting, treating, storing, and distributing safe drinking water.

Instructor:

Alex Wong, Director of Capacity Development, Maine Rural Water Association has been the point person for MRWA’s asset management efforts. He holds a certificate in Asset Management from the Buried Asset Management Institute - International. He has a master’s degree in Limnology and has taught students ranging in age from 5 to 85 a variety of subjects from water quality management to SAT and GRE prep to tai chi. Alex is also a certified Class IV Water Treatment Operator and a Class IV Water Distribution Operator.
