Utilities Technician - Boothbay Region Water District

Our ideal candidate will possess a class II or III Water Operators License or be able to receive certification within two or four years respectively. Work history should highlight any experience installing, repairing and testing water treatment and distribution systems in accordance with current plumbing regulations or other related experience. Effectively communicating with co-workers, office staff and our customers on a daily basis is a most important quality. Better than average math skills are a must. Position will require “on-call” work hours. Candidates must reside within a reasonable travel distance in order to quickly respond to emergency situations. The rate of pay is $23 per hour.
