General Manager Position – Fort Fairfield Utilities District

The Fort Fairfield Utilities District is currently seeking a qualified and experienced General Manager to oversee both water and wastewater facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of administration, day-to-day operations, maintenance, and functions related to the District’s water treatment facility, water distribution system, wastewater treatment facility, and wastewater collection systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in operating and maintaining water and wastewater systems.
  • Supervisory Experience: Experience in supervising staff.
  • Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Maine Driver’s License.
    • Maine Grade IV Wastewater Treatment Operator’s License.
    • Maine Grade III Water Treatment License.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Database Management, and Presentation Software.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
