Addressing Water Quality Concerns: When the Customer Calls [#0838 A-B] Water Wastewater

This training will cover all aspects of addressing customer concerns about the water they drink, especially when they notice a change. The session will go from taking the call in the office to the site visit by field staff. Various common problems will be presented and their possible causes. Options for treating or controlling the problems will be discussed along with the operation and design of the distribution system.
